Refund policy

We do not issue refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully when selecting your products to purchase.

Damage / Faulty

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items such as Custom Made and Film Products. Custom Made items include but are not limited to Canvas, Photo Blocks, Photo Books, Custom Size Frames.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift vouchers.
